Fright Nights 2022 Construction Powers Ahead

Thorpe Park
Tuesday 30th August 2022

Fright Nights construction work is fully underway at Thorpe Park with preparations for this year's event now reaching new heights. Two new structures have appeared at the base of the Nemesis Inferno lift hill for what we believe will be a new scare zone. Located in the structures is what appears to be a door or archway for guests to travel through, we don't currently know the theme for this new scare zone but it looks very interesting! Two large pallets full of materials can be seen ready to be installed over the next few days, our guests would be these materials will be used for walls or a floor to the scare zone.

The Saw Alive plaza has now been closed and works on reinforcing fences have begun, none of the queue lines of Saw Alive has been removed yet but we're hoping this scare zone comes back bigger than ever. The Crows of Mawkin Meadow was a huge hit last year!

The new maze next to The Swarm Island also appears to be making rapid progress with walls now visible from The Swarm exit inside one of the containers. Whilst riding the ride you can just about make out a new floor being put under the canopy, this maze looks absolutely huge and we can't wait to find out the theme for it!

Fright Nights begins in just 31 days!
