Nemesis Loop Installed And Zero-G Roll Work Begins

Alton Towers
Monday 24th July 2023

More track has been delivered for Nemesis at Alton Towers and lots more sections of track have been installed over the past few weeks since our last update. The loop and beginning of the inversion over the station have been installed. Different to before, the loop is now in 3 sections. The red veins going up the side of the loop look amazing!

It shouldn't be long until we start to see supports installed for the Zero-G roll and for the first section of the ride. Scaofdling also currently covered the lift hill for the ride which appears to be being repainted with a primer. We wonder if the rest of the rollercoaster track will be repainted black with veins to match.

These new supports that have been delivered are thicker than the supports we've seen delivered in the past. These will be for sections of the ride that require more reinforcement. We expect these will be for the helix section of the ride. As that was the section that always struggled and had lots of work done to it over the years.
