Fright Nights will be returning for 2017 however the line up looks like it might be a very different this year! With the new Rock and Tug Ride located where the entrance for the Blair Witch Project has been for the past few years.
Work on SW8 is continuing nicely! Footers are being poured left right and centre with the top end of the site looking complete and ready for rollercoaster construction!
Throughout 2014-2018 Alton Towers has invested over £1.9 Million into preserving the gardens and its ruins. Work on the conservatory in the centre of the gardens continues with scaffolding now covering the entire structure.
Slammer has always been on of those rides that if you see it operational you had to run to it before it broke down. But today Thorpe Park have confirmed on there social media channels that the ride will not be opening in 2017.
Castle Hotel at Legoland is due to open very soon, dated to open on 1st July 2017 theres still a lot of work left to do until opening day! However the hotel is looking great from across the lake.
Over at Legoland Windsor the park are still making the final finishing touches to there new area for 2017, Ninjago World.

After a short delay the new Rock and Tug ride has opened at Thorpe Park. The ride was originally forecasted to open for Easter 2017 however was pushed back for reasons unknown.
Star Wars Weekend is back for 2017 at Legoland Windsor Resort. Renamed slightly for this year, Lego Star Wars Days will run 29th, 30th April & 1st May 2017.
